Solutions:
A custom WordPress site allows them to easily control the text and images on their website. There was a great plugin we used for the image gallery. With some minor style adjustments, it provides them with the easy to manage photo gallery they wanted.
The photos make it easy for potential customers to recognize the fleet of trademark red service trucks that Pitts uses. This lets you know help has arrived when you see one of these vehicles show up if your truck or trailer is stuck on the side of the road.
Easy Updates
This client has multiple ways to control their site. WordPress already puts content into easy to understand categories, so we take advantage of this built in feature.
They can add or edit "Posts" to update the information on the left side of the pages. The "Pages" option lets them edit text or images on the main pages of their site.
Their biggest request - an easy to use photo gallery - has it's own "Gallery" menu option (see image below).
Using this feature, employees of Pitts Truck Service can browse the files on their computer to select and upload images to their photo gallery. Things like the thumbnails for the images are all created automatically, making it easy for anyone to share pictures on their site.
